"Schema Mastery for Reliable Document Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

I like DocuPipe's schema definition and standardization layer, which really enhances schema building with great improvement tools. The tool is very user-friendly, and it goes beyond just pulling data by enforcing structure across inconsistent real-world documents. This approach keeps outputs predictable and stable over time, which dramatically reduces downstream issues like model drift and manual cleanup. The upstream normalization feature turns LLMs from probabilistic experiments into reliable production systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

I don't really have any major complaints with DocuPipe. There aren't any significant deficiencies we've experienced. If anything, it would be nice to have deeper visibility into how schemes evolve over time and additional tooling for large scale schema management as our deployments grow. But these are more like nice-to-haves for future expansion rather than issues with the current product. The core product does what it claims exceptionally well. "DocuPipe: Fast, Easy Schema Extraction with Prompt Founder Support"
5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

I use the same purchase order given to me from a Customer using Quickbooks Enterprise. I uploaded it into docupipe, lido, and docparser and docupipe was the easiest and fastest one to give me a workable schema for parsing.

A small issue with null values fixed quickly by founder Nitai . I appreciated the prompt attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

So far , so good. The only problem I had was resolved within two days by the founder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product!"
5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

The schema builder is honestly best in class. It’s fast, intuitive, and removes a lot of the friction that usually comes with building and maintaining complex templates. I was impressed by how quickly it adapts to changes and how little manual cleanup is required, which saves a significant amount of time and reduces errors. It’s clearly been designed with real workflows in mind and stands out compared to other tools I’ve used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

Credits and pricing are on the expensive side. While the functionality is strong, the cost can feel high relative to usage, especially for teams operating at scale Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Astonishing document processing"
5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

The standardisation templates are very powerful. By simply providing interpretation hints, the system is able to automatically populate a standardised data structure, such as JSON or XML.

The api is slick, lean and yet very powerful.

Support is outstanding, very quick and to the point hints and suggestions. As we did run into system failure/outtage no experience with systematic problems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

At the moment, there is no way to interact with or modify the results of the standardisation process before they are published. Ideally, the portal would offer features such as code mapping, the ability to set validation rules, and options for manually adjusting the interpreted data. Including an approval step, especially one that works alongside validation rules, would also be a valuable addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Uri Merhav of DocuPipe

Thank you so much for the kind words!

About your concern, I'd like to point out that our *review* object is geared precisely to the validation/review/reject/edit/approve flow that you're envisioning.

Basically every standardization can generate a visually understandable and editable, "review" object. It ties every prediction with yellow-marker highlighting of the corresponding evidence on a PDF. Your workforce can flag a result as correct, rejected, or edit + flag as correct.

You can build your automations around only publishing reviewed & verified. objects. You can even securely put humans in the loop without giving them privileges to more than one file, by generating a pre-signed URL with edit permissions for one object only. This lets you stop short of 100% automation if needed for compliance reasons or extremely difficult or high stakes edge cases.

Of course the customer is always right here and if you didn't discover that capability, that's on us! Thought you might like to know. Feel free to ping me at support if you want to learn more about it.

Best,

Uri

What do you like best about DocuPipe?

I like how responsive and helpful DocuPipe has been with my questions as I start using the system. Setup was very straightforward and simple, and the response to the few questions I have run into has been impressive. I have been surprised at how quickly they resolved any issues I have come across. What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

I encountered a bug that made it difficult to effectively filter the output for downloading, but they reached out and resolved this almost immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocuPipe Single-handedly Restored my Faith in AI & OCR!"
5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

DocuPipe has been a game changer for our small business. After trying countless AI/OCR solutions with no success, we stumbled on DocuPipe and it’s changed the game! We were looking for a solution to countless hours of data entry and reconciliation tasks. We were looking at hiring 1-2 extra people to handle the workload. A task that would have taken 8+ man hours took 23 minutes and a couple hundred credits. The OCR has impressive accuracy - able to handle processing large sets of documents with handwriting and unconventional and ever changing data sources. The team at DocuPipe has been hands on helping us think through our processes, finding new ways to automate redundant tasks, and setting up our system saving us time and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

We wasted a ton of credits on the learning process before we realized what great customer service they had. Not only did they restore some of our wasted credits, they hopped on a video call to better understand our needs and how they could help. Now the real risk is that we will have to increase our subscription level as we find more uses for their automatons!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate and Fast OCR, very user friendly, great support from company"
5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

The support is amazing they have been able to answer many questions and willing to help change and add to accomadate my business needs. The software is very user friendly and most important it is accurate. Less time wasted verifying what I expect to be correct. Once you have set up your workflows you can automate the program to complete everything you need. I am sure there is a lot more features I have not even began to utilize to make my life easy. I would recommend to anyone looking for an accurate OCR tool that has AI to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

There is a little learning curve and it cost credits to keep working your programs until they provide you the output you desire. The company does give you a large amoutn free to try it out and use it to ensure it is what you need. This was huge since many other companys give you one chance to try it before they charge you. "Fantastic Support, Easy Setup, Minor Schema Cost Issue"
5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

I like that the support from DocuPipe has been fantastic and very responsive. The software does better, and the updating of schemas is fantastic. It also learns from mistakes. The initial setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

It costs every time the schema is incorrect, whether or not it's the fault of the software or the user. It would also be nice to have a bit more of an introduction to the concepts of how it works, like when you first log in, some flyovers on what each feature is and what it does. "Excellent OCR and Formatting, Top Notch Customer Service"
5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

It did an amazing job with the OCR while still preserving the formatting of the original document. The option for dowloading as a text file was, also, really useful when dealing with pages that were sidewise in the pdf. The processing time was really fast. Docupipe probally saved me 40+ hours or work on a single task. I only signed up for a single month (I don't need OCR of this quality often) and the co-founder reached out to find out more about my needs and provide future assistance. It's a great company with a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

The initial set-up was a little confusing, like setting up the schema, but it went really smoothly after that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"At last! A product that just works."
5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

After several failed attempts at accurately parsing and exporting some complex PDFs using other tools, Docupipe is the one that finally worked. A tricky job like this is where AI excels. I'd have needed advanced tech skills to work out a solution for a non-standard job otherwise, but this AI took my amateur prompts and made it work after just a couple of tweaks. Very impressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

Nothing really. If I had any suggestion for improvement it would be maybe tighter idiot-proofing of the parsing and standardising process for low tech users, but the instructions sorted me out and customer service was responsive with an actual human reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
