In the case of PDFs, our system currently requires uploading a fillable PDF—a type of PDF where fields like text boxes or checkmarks are already added using tools like Adobe Acrobat or PDFEscape. Our platform doesn’t yet support editing or adding fields directly inside the app, which I understand may not have been clear upfront—and that’s on us. We’ve since followed up with you privately to offer guidance, sample templates, and alternative options—such as using Word templates for more flexibility. We’ve also extended a refund offer, as we always want to ensure our customers get value from the product. While this experience didn’t meet your expectations, we’re committed to improving our clarity and onboarding process based on feedback like yours.
