I have nothing else to say **What do you dislike about Docupace?** Where do I begin? THe interface is old, clunky and non-intuitive. I had been promised multiple times That the interface would be changed. In 10 years it never was. Whenever we needed tech support, which admittedly was not that frequent, it was very difficult to get to. It was very hard to move data from Docupace to our CRM. And the indexing process, frankly, sucked. In addition you guys didn't bill me for 19 months and now you want all the money. To say that I'm not happy, is an understatement. I was leaving anyways, but now I'm leaving a very unhappy and vocal former customer. There's more, but you get my point. **What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you?** None right now ### 2.
