What do you like best about Documo?

Ease of use. Some of our users resist change and this product was easy for them to understand the interface, create a fax, and begin using the new product. What do you like best about Documo?

mFax gives a pretty easy experience for sending and receiving faxes, really making the whole process a lot quicker and smoother. Integrating their API was pretty simple too, since the documentation was clear enough to follow, which made it easier to automate our fax workflows. Whenever we've had questions or ran into issues, their customer support team has been quick and helpful in getting things sorted out. Plus, the software's been super reliable with great uptime, so our communications always get delivered on time without any major hiccups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Documo?

While mFax is overall great, one thing that could be improved is adding more detailed analytics and reporting features. This would make it easier for us to keep track of our fax usage and performance. That said, it's a pretty minor thing and doesn't really take away from how effective the service is overall. What do you like best about Documo?

You can even sent from literaly anywherre including your old fax machine without using a POTS line. I also like not having to print all the junk faxes and being able to go back and reread or print older historic faxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
