They are extremely responsive, often replying and resolving our queries within minutes, which gives us great peace of mind. **What do you dislike about Documint?** Sometimes there is a delay in the API response, leading to occasional automation errors inside Airtable. It would be much better if the connection and response times were more consistently stable. **What problems is Documint solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have established our entire business workflow using Airtable and have created over 30 different document templates in Documint. Before, we struggled with manually creating various PDFs like request forms, sales slips, and invoices in Excel and Word, which was incredibly time-consuming. Now, all of these processes are fully automated, allowing us to generate professional PDFs with just a single click. This integration has drastically reduced our manual workload and eliminated human errors. ### 2. The chat support is also super responsive. When you add all of that to the price, it’s a no-brainer. The REST API is super helpful as well. **What do you dislike about Documint?** It was down or had bugs a lot of the time. The good thing, though, is that they fixed the bugs at an awesome speed, making you feel heard. **What problems is Documint solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Airtable integration is better than ever. It’s super useful to be able to read only the necessary fields, instead of pulling a bunch of fields that aren’t even used in the template. And with the REST API instead of the Airtable integration, it’s even better. It’s improving our database performance because we don’t have to do a read every time a new document is produced. On top of that, it lets us do what we do best: automate processes with an easy UI, so even a not-so-technical person can use it. ### 3. It keeps getting better and better. They answered any and all of our questions quickly and easily. **What do you dislike about Documint?** Filling out the form was easy but a little clunky at times, since you had to have two screens open to copy and paste the code from one place to another. **What problems is Documint solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to be able to print a full sheet of information that was held in HubSpot in a very specific format. Otherwise, I don't have anything bad to say about this product. And I'm still not talking about the quotes. We wanted to unify the documents' design but drafts in Google Docs just stopped being enough for us. But there are great tutorials, so you can overcome that very easy.
