Document360 is one fine tool that eases the creation and maintenance of the document for a wide range of audiences.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

No spell check is a bit of an issue but Document360 has been introducing new features at a rapid rate, and I'm looking forward to their quick fix for this as well.

**What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first and foremost benefit is having control over the release of the document and updating the document as and when required.

As a content producer I need to create, edit and track the performance of my content in a way that maximizes my work efficiency. And using Document360, I can say that I was able to implement that quickly.

It has been great too for  me to create content.

Would have been better if the trial period could have lasted longer.

I absoultely recommend Document360 for any business or individuals who need an hassle-free experience using a knowledge software, and need to get things done efficiently. With Document360, what I have seen, is what I have got.

What I like the most about this tool is the effective and easily comeprehensible user interface making it user-friendly. 

The features and functionalities that the tool has to offer made my life easier. 

The best part is how effective data storage, sharing, and communication have become with Document360. 

And their super dynamic and supportive team who are available round the clock for anything and everything.

Living in a constantly growing data-driven and information-heavy age, Document360 aids effective management of all the information and saves your time. I can endorse this tool wholeheartedly.

I've used the tool for technical documentation and internal data sharing. I can confidently say it has made data sharing and storage more manageable, especially with their feature for scheduling backups which prevents data loss and manual error. 

Internal communication is now hassle-free and clearer as there is uniformity in the data and information shared constantly.

I find the article level versioning feature very helpful to keep a track on all the changes made in an article. D360 is very convenient to use, didn't take much time to learn the product. Also, the support is excellent.

Nothing that I can remember in specific.

If you are looking for a pure Knowledge base software, go for it!

**What do you like best about Document360?**

User-friendly and articles can be created with a WYSIWYG editor. Customer Support is very attentive in fixing issues. Gives access to offer recommendations and multiple users can upvote implementations that continue to improve Doc360. Schedule customer relationship calls to make sure everything is going ok and if there is anything that they may assist with plus informing of newly updated features.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

Nothing to dislike at the moment. Projects are divided between public and private but they have things in development on their road map. Word documents don't always format exactly so some review is needed before publishing.

**Recommendations to others considering Document360:**

Using the WYSIWYG editor made things really easy for us to begin use. We started from scratch and had the page up and running with articles being uploaded in the same day.

**What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating information to our team on certain issues, troubleshooting, and how-to guides. Ability to create a 'hub' where our employees can quickly access information and answer their questions before escalating. It is also used in training to explain processes how they are done correctly.

A mixed knowledge base allows one to maintain both Public and Private content in a single project. Analytics helps to keep a track of Article performances.

**What do you like best about Document360?**

- The ease of use of the platform.
- The support via live chat is very responsive (usually a few minutes) and has always gotten back to me with solutions.
- Price is very competitive compared to other platforms.
- The platform has been evolving for the best in the past two years with tons of new features and improvements.
- The Intercom integration is very handy as is allows our users to search our documentation directly from our software.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

Two years ago I would have had a list of areas that could be improved but at the moment given all the improvements they've made the platform offers everything we need from a documentation manager. One thing I'd like to see included though is a way to automatically delete unused media files like images. This is not an issue for us at the moment but as our documentation grows I'd like to be able to do this automatically. Right now the process is manual.

We were able in the early stages of our company to start a documentation given Document360's affordable price. This has not only helped our users with our software, but also helped with conversion.

Document360 is loaded with valuable features right out of the box, no coding or customizations needed. Side bar table of contents, dark mode, and read time are some of my favorite features.

No issues so far, any items I've had trouble with are addressed by the support team (timely responses) and the feedback forum, which allows customers to submit and vote on enhancements. Document360 listens to customers.

I loved the varied amount of tutorial videos which made it very easy to establish an understanding of new opportunities in growing a new company. Alongside this, the customer optimization allowed me to customize my experience, allowing a personalized touch that is not readily available on similar sites.

Being a creative content writer, the Knowledge-base portal in there is one of my most loved feature. It not only lets me write and edit freely but also helps with content review and analysis by my peers at a later point. Simultaneously, the autosave feature has been a lifesaver countless times.

I think it would be really great if they had an app as well, but that's about the only thing that bugs me.

Editing with Document360 is absolute bliss as it lets me create links within the article alongside allowing me to discuss the feedback through callouts. The 'What You See Is What You Get' editing feature is also really great and one-of-a-kind as it lets me preview exactly what my content would look like on the final screen.

**What do you like best about Document360?**

It was really straightforward to set up and populate. The interface is very intuitive and the initial guides built into the software are really helpful. The customer service that backs this up is exceptional. They're very responsive to any questions and were happy to help us choose the right plan. This continues with regular meetings (if you want) keeping you informed of new features. I get the impression it's constantly being worked on and very much in response to customer feedback.

It would be good if it could be integrated into more third party apps.

Document360 feels like we have a knowledge base with longevity and has enabled us to embed it into our processes really easily, with plenty of support from their customer service team. We now work more efficiently as a team, centralising our knowledge bases and providing a powerful search and organisation tool.

Knowledge Base Assistant. The KB Assistant can be integrated into your website. The Sales Team has done a great job. The Support they provide is good.

The editor can be better. The Markdown editor does not have more options.

We had a problem with Back up and Analytics in our previous tool. DOcument360 has auto backup and good Analytics. Also, third-party tools can be integrated.

The support from the Doc360 team is fantastic.  Regular check-ins and fast response time are much appreciated.
Delivery of feature requests is timely and well-received!

The only thing that would make this better is if it were a component of Google Workspace, as this is one of the few elements we pay for outside of that platform.

It is complicated to make internal documentation for a franchise system accessible to the franchise owners and their staff.  The searchability, reader levels, and organizational structure of Doc360's knowledgebase solved all of these issues for us!

When we researched for a knowledge we only found a few which offered: API access and multi language capabilities.
After we decided for document360 we found out that they are offering many more great features, like embedded the knowledge base into a existing website.

strict difference between public and mixed knowledge base. But they listened to their customer and recently told me: Private and public mixed knowledgebase - Our team working on it, you can expect this feature very soon.

Check your requirements towards an knowledge base and find out who covers them best. There are not many options on the market what have a modern easy solution

We've used Document360 to build help docs, FAQs, and user guides.

- Love the smooth version control feature for articles
- The search feature simply works as you'd expect
- Easy to customize basic SEO settings and ability to assign tags
- Helpful analytics to see what content is working well
- The full-screen editor helps focus while writing
- Get feedback (likes and dislikes) from readers
- Schedule automatic backups of your content

There's so much more I could point out. The best part is just how easy to use it is. Let's just say I highly recommend giving this tool a spin with the 14-day free trial.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

There's not much to dislike apart from the somewhat complicated pricing structure. The Startup plan (the cheapest plan on offer) misses on some key features like backup & restore, custom CSS & JavaScript, URL redirects, and export to PDF. Also, sometimes the article formatting gets messed up but it's easy to fix.

As I mentioned, we've used Document360 to create all sorts of self-service content and how-to guides. Our content team loves the article templates and easy-to-use collaborative editor. We've streamlined our content production and use the built-in analytics to continuously improve our content and make it more useful.

I loved the access to the revisions and restoring them with just a few clicks. It helped me track all the activities within the team for the upcoming content piece. Moreover, Document360 also allows private, login required, documentation dashboard for the complete smoothness within the clients and team members.

Plus, they have readymade templates and a user-friendly dashboard to create SOPs and FAQs which I can populate within the team in minutes. Thanks to the support of third-party tools, I could automate documentation.

**What do you like best about Document360?**

After a few months, most companies begin to accumulate knowledge - SOPs, important documents, standard answers to customer's questions, and reusable copy for advertisements. Although I've used a number of project management solutions, I was not familiar with software like Document360. While I cannot compare it to any similar products on the market, I can't imagine looking for another. This is much more visual than anything in Google's suite, which makes it ideal for expediting the flow of information - saving everyone from needless communication. 

I've found it most useful as a tool for onboarding new employees. If you've set it up properly, they will have all the tools they need at their fingertips - meaning handholding will be keep to a minimum.

Document360 does everything it promised to do. There isn't anything I particularly dislike about the software.

Document360 has been most useful for 1. Getting everyone on the same page, that is, putting a vague mission into concrete terms by aggregating copy into a single place. 2. Quickly getting new team members up to speed with little effort.

What I like best about Document360 are the constant improvements and upgrades. Feedback is accepted and used to make this a better product for everyone.

I dislike that creating a document with a lot of images takes some time because loading those images becomes slow. This is a minor thing though.

**What do you like best about Document360?**

We chose Document360 because it is a straightforward solution for our company's Help Center. It did exactly what we needed without extras that we didn't need, and all at an affordable price.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

We don't particularly like the some of the default navigation styling and behavior, though we were able to easily customize how it looks and behaves with custom javascript and CSS.

**What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Document360 to provide Help Center content to our customers. Previously our help content was within our code base and needed engineering effort to make updates. By moving to Document360 we can now have multiple authors manage the content in real time.

The first and foremost thing is the editor. It offers two types of editors, basic and extensive type; as we work as a team, we choose what we prefer irrespective of the global settings. Besides everything, the tool is pretty self-explanatory.

Nothing comes out in my mind to write about dislike, and which is true. There isn’t any, I would say.

We, as a team of five members, assign tasks to each other using the workflow feature and carry out a smooth process. Basically, we do product documentation, both technical and faqs.

: I don’t have anything to mention. I believe hosting of private and public documentation is coming out soon, so the vast gap is about to be filled, I would say.

- I liked the UI plug and play 
-The plethora of apps which we can integrate makes it easy for us to plug it in  with the apps we use on a day to day basis
- It had extensions with most of the tools I use everyday
- 24*7 support to help me at any point of time and ensure smooth configuration and setup
- Analytics capability is noteworthy

- It lacks the enhanced search capability
- It would be nicer to include voice powered assistant at this point for the price range similar to 
its competitor providers

- I need not work on my CMS and struggle with the alignment like before
-Everything is being taken care by document360
- I am able to simply highlight and just bold the technical documentation in a few clicks
- The Ui of the tool is making it seamless to setup and configure our how to articles

The support has been excellent. Document360 keeps you updated on new features and has a good mechanism to report any issues or future enhancement requests.

It is great that the knowledgebase can be displayed in other websites.

I loved that Doc360 goes above and beyond with providing authoring tools for knowledge base content creators. For anyone focused purely on the content creation side of support this is the tool that will be the easiest to use and is complimented with tons of authoring options.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

We had a couple of issues where we'd have a hiccup when a new release came out. Typically, this was fixed very promptly by the Doc360 team and usually wasn't critical.

**Recommendations to others considering Document360:**

If you're going to use this alongside a ticketing system, make sure they have the appropriate integration configured for that system.

**What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an authoring software that consolidated the tools that we were currently using. Doc360 allows us to create content, manage it, and collaborate on it with entire team, in one place.

I really like the way the support is being offered. It’s based on first come first get/cruciality not based on the revenue generated.

Dedicated account manager for all type of customers.

Customers are customers irrespective of the revenue generated.

Simple Ui that never makes you feel down.

Immense potentiality in terms of Road map.

Releases every 2 weeks.

Also the importance of the features that is being released. SSO and Localisation etc,. In short span of time. 

The work arounds - There is always another way to achieve an use-case here. 

Powerful security.

They assist you in-terms of customisation and they actually write and oass you few custom codes themselves.

Their support SLAs is good. No matter the time you ask mostly it would be resolved.

Powerful search. - The search is possible in terms of title, content and also the tags. Analytics help you get this improved

Report creation - Although their analytics is one of the strongest in the market, currently there is no possibility of custom report creation or having that delivered to you via email.

Localisation is something that can never be ignored and its power packed with the integration of Crowdin.

Even most of the Australian and US time zones are covered.


Overall this is awesome. I like the product very much.

There is nothing much to dislike here everything is usually  in bits and pieces.

For example: Some of the early Australian and late PST regions are not covered.

**Recommendations to others considering Document360:**

I would personally recommend Document360 because of the way  the responses are given. To start with the token of acknowledgement. It’s a tool that is constatntly growing and have the potential to be a market leader

**What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company’s knowledge base is here. Most of the pain points were resolved.

They addressed the pain points of each and every company.

They assist you in-terms of customisation and they actually write and oass you few custom codes themselves.

Their support SLAs is good. No matter the time you ask mostly it would be resolved.

Customers are ensured their happiness as most of them prefer self-help rather than waiting for someone to address the issue. Hence one has to ensure whether if a support article is created or not.


Powerful search.

Report creation - Although their analytics is one of the strongest in the market, currently there is no possibility of custom report creation or having that delivered to you via email.

Even most of the Australian and US time zones are covered.

Hence I would personally recommend Document360 to other.

This helped in reducing the number of tickets raised and get the problems resolved on their own.

It's not possible to easily change the font and size within some articles, although this is not a big deal since this can be accomplished via custom CSS.
