Authorities and humanitarian file types recovery are just two of the many characteristics that are absent from recovery. I love everything about using Document Mountain! I love how easy it is to access records now that they are all stored digitally. I save time every time I go to access a file. I know some of my teammates prefer hard copies of documents and switching to an all -digital system has been a learning curve for some, and this slowed us down a bit during the initial switch using Document Mountain. Working at a school, we keep lots of records for past and current students that multiple people need to access at different times. Using document mountain, student records that were previously housed in paper files are easier to access and multiple people are able to access them at a time without having to worry about losing or damaging hard copies. A great place to save the world for stability, books, files and other documents that allow you to sign documents. The price is right. Documents are organized and available upon request. There is no free trial or subscription. Many features are missing in recovery, such as government and social file types recovery. I use it in archiving and the signature helps me to use the electronic signature, while helping to keep it neat and organized. The pricing is good and affordable. It stores documents in an organized way, so it is easy to retrieve it anytime. It is good for large organizations where they have a lot of documents to store. There are so many features missing that are easily available in alternatives such as file recovery, collaboration tools, version control, etc. It does not enable offline access so every time you need a proper internet connection to access your stored files.
