Ability to search not only in file names, but within the files. Ability to tag, categorize and standardize the document structure. Potential to use as a reporting tool, but unlikely due to not reliable data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Document Locator? Did I mention slow? Opening files, working on files, the whole process of checking files in/out, everything is slow and frustrating, especially when you have to meet the deadline and need to make multiple small, last minute adjustments. Much easier to set a standard file handling procedure using standard windows/cloud based storage and train staff to follow the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
