Far I have encountered many issues with it including occasional delays after updates. It has been an poor experience for me overall. It needs to be improved on devices I must say that my overall experience has been quite negative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Documatrix? The support team has been not helpful in guiding me through the implementation process. The interface exudes professionalism and interactivity making navigation a hectic task. The downside is that it feels overwhelming to users initially. The app takes a time to open the wait is does worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Documatrix solving and how is that benefiting you? Its user interface lacks user friendliness making navigation and usage somewhat difficult. There are options, for customizing document templates, which restricts the ability to create personalized documents. Far I have encountered many issues including, occasional delays after updates. On devices, it uses some functionality. What do you dislike about Documatrix? It takes users time to get accustomed to it. Once you open the app everything runs roughly. It would be better if they included product prices on the website for access and evaluation based on customers budgets. What problems is Documatrix solving and how is that benefiting you? The application needs to benefit from a user interface as navigating through it sometimes be confusing. The software doesnt provide collaboration features which makes it less effective, for team projects. Documatrix is unable to solve the problem of document management.
