Our company's aim has been to create a 100% digital onboarding platform for our Agents. As Project Manager, it was my responsibility to investigate how we could do this in the simplest, most user-friendly way. Being able to generate a document that pulls all the necessary information from the Monday platform into the required document has been a revelation. Docugen is simple, straightforward, intuitive and has enabled us to create an efficient and diligent way of onboarding our Agents without the complications of any other applications within the process. We have, in turn, been able to integrate docugen with scribe to be able to send contracts straight to an Agent to be signed digitally. From a process that previously required the posting of documents once signed, this has reduced processing times significantly.
