Customer support as pretty good - the bot option was ok, but you could always email support directly and they get back to you within a reasonable time frame. **What do you dislike about DocuClipper?** The system sometimes glitches when uploading many statments at one time for conversion and this caused a bit of headache when having to verify the data. But once I learned to just upload a few statements at a time it got better. Sometimes, really poorly formated statements received by credit unions can be challenging for the tool, but if you email support, they are right there to help. It's just the best, simplest tool out there for the price and you get to extract the data that you need in seconds. Don't bother with solutions like Valid8, it's too costly and the amount of review that you have to do for miscoded transactions is just a waste. I had some data issues, however, this was easily seen when comparing the statement with the csv files. At first, I was a little skeptical on how accruate it would be to convert bank and credit card statement of various formats, but the software did great! I would say it was 98% accurate and saved me alot of time and money. The alternative would have been to hire data entry level support people to manually enter everything, which would have taken weeks and incurred a much higher cost than using DocuClipper. **What do you dislike about DocuClipper?** One thing I learned quickly to do was to seperate the PDF files by years ... maybe this is just my own user naiveness, but when I uploaded statements of multiple years, dates were often for the wrong years and I had to do a bunch of correction. But that was an easy adjustment to make and going forward, I had very little corrections to make. **What problems is DocuClipper solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had years of bank statement and credit card statements that needed to be uploaded into an accounting software. At the end of the day, it was close to 5000 transactions. Since these statements were older than what the bank will give electronic access to, we didn't have anything else other than what was on paper. DocuClipper saved us both time and money by helping us avoid having to hire data-entry level type of support to do the tedious work of entering each of these lines into Excel or an acocunting software. ### 11. It saved me so much time when I had to pull data from pdf bank statements. **What do you dislike about DocuClipper?** It would be great to have a pay as you go plan for smaller businesses that don't need it continously but still need it for occasional projects. I don't need it enough to warrant the cost of the annual plan. I needed DocuClipper for one project and had to pay the monthly fee and then cancel the subscription. It would be neat to be able to have an active subscription and just pay for it as needed. I don't need the program much, but when I do, it comes in very handy and saves me a ton of time. **What problems is DocuClipper solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had a bookkeeping client who was unable to provide a CSV of past transactions for his credit card. He sent me statements for the time period in question, and each statement was 8-9 pages long and had a ton of transactions. I was able to use DocuClipper to export all of these statements to a CSV and import them to QuickBooks. The entire process took less than 10 minutes, including signing up for the DocuClipper account and watching the tutorial video. It was so EASY. I'm a tech person, but I think DocuClipper is very straightforward so that even people who are not as computer savvy should not have any trouble with it. Better coaching for new users would be helpful. DocuClipper occasionally will find a random number in the pdf file and put it in some random but usually unimportant place. It was well worth the $159 for a single project that saved hours of data imput, but there's really no sense in continually paying the monthly fee. OH, and one other thing - on some statements that went over a month from one year to the next the dates were confused - December 2019 was transcribed as 2020 when the statement went from December 20th 2019 - Jan 19th 2020.
