Wonderful Product with a Few Needed Additions **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Cindy C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024 **What do you like best about Docubee?** The pricing is unbeatable compared to some competitors. Docubee is also integrated with our case management software which makes it easy to use. I also enjoy using the Workflows, which automates a lot of functions. **What do you dislike about Docubee?** I wish there was a contact book that could be saved into the system that can be accessed through multiple QuickSign processes. I also wish we could upload a document into QuickSign and type into the document via a text box. I understand that can be possible through a Workflow, but we just need something quick and simple. **What problems is Docubee solving and how is that benefiting you?** The cost of sending per envelope is a lot lower for us, especially since we send out a lot of envelopes. Docubee Review **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2024 **What do you like best about Docubee?** It's about the same as OnTask which I like because switching to a whole new system and layout is always more difficult. I like that we can use the links on our website and not have to worry about the streamline of the process. **What do you dislike about Docubee?** Upon the switch many of our users were having trouble with our original links that were under OnTask. When they went to fill out documents and forms, the link would ask them to create a login. This didn't happen with OnTask but has happened since the switch to Docubee. As an administrator I'm able to solve the issue by reposting the links and restarting some of the forms however this can be tedious. **What problems is Docubee solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick signatures, systemized processes, workflows. **Official Response from Ariana Latour:** > Thanks for your review!
