1. Docsumo allows us to extract critical information from company invoices in order to automate the workload that traditionally requires manual processing. Over 2000 invoices a month are now handled automatically thanks to Docsumo extracting accurately and consistently the data we require.

2. The Docsumo team is responsive, responding to our issues and questions when they arise.

3. Uploading documents through a provided Python client library reduces time on development.

That being said like any tool, it depends on the complexity of your problem.

Though minor, occasionally the Docsumo team can speak quite fast in their meetings.

This makes it a little hard to follow what they're trying to get across and requires them to repeat themselves.

Additionally, we have a variety of invoices from across our properties that need to be parsed. Unfortunately, because of the vast amount of variety in our invoices, Docsumo's systems can get mixed up occasionally when trying to extract data. I imagine this is a problem more unique to us, as we do have a wide variety of invoices. NOTE: Docsumo does wonderfully more often than not and we have someone who goes in to fix any misattributed invoices manually so it's more a minor inconvenience.
