I found the whole team at Docsumo to be very responsive and solutions orientated when dealing with our project. 1. The technology in and of itself - takes some time to get set-up (as do most things worth having), but once it's up and running then it works a charm. It has cut down the time it takes us to do manual data extraction by probably 80-90%, even when including human sample checks of the output data

2. The team - Raghu and the rest of the team have been wonderful. They're one of the most proactive, friendly and knowledgeable teams I've had the pleasure of working with (and I've onboarded a lot of tools during my time at Pento). You never feel like you're asking for too much from them (and trust me, I've asked too much from them!!). Kudos to the team and the customer-centric stance you take on everything you do. - Very little to dislike about the product; the only potential con is that implementation can potentially take a little longer than you might expect depending on the document types you have to set up (but once it's set up, it's the dream). If you have very straightforward documents and everything follows the same format this wont be an issue; but if you have a lot of variance from doc to doc (in our case we are processing different all sorts of different payslips for example), it can take a bit of time to get the models trained correctly. Again however, the team is excellent and will help do this all for you if you can put enough time aside to give them enough concrete examples of what annotations should look like.
