Docsumo team is very accommodating to support, and their self-learning capabilities are on top of the document AI game globally. I have used Kofax, EMC Captiva and other "traditional" OCR platforms in the past. Docsumo takes that to a whole new level and should not even be compared to the traditional players in the industry.
