We can set up custom rules and workflows to automatically sort and categorize documents based on their content, making it easy to quickly find and retrieve specific documents. This was time-consuming for us to learn the software and set up custom workflows and rules. Ducsumo being a cloud-based software, requires a stable internet connection to work properly. I appreciate the level of customization that Docsumo offers. I am able to set up the software to fit my specific business needs, and can easily adjust settings and configurations as needed. This level of flexibility is important for me as my business evolves and changes. It has streamlined my document workflow, making it much more efficient and organized. What do you dislike about Docsumo? One downside of Docsumo that I have noticed is that it can take some time to set up and configure the software to fit my business's specific needs. While the interface is easy to use, it does require some initial effort to get everything set up and running smoothly. Another potential downside is that Docsumo's AI technology is not yet able to handle all types of documents. It works well with structured documents such as invoices and receipts, but it may not be as effective with more complex or unstructured documents.
