It took some time for the model to learn and improve our match rate, but once it adapted, we experienced no further issues. As a result, our auto match rates are now higher than ever. We required Docsumo to process anywhere from thousands to tens of thousands of PDF files each day and return the extracted data to us through an API. I have evaluated a number of similar products in this space, and DocSumo offers the best value. What do you dislike about Docsumo? The support team was very helpful in getting us onboarded, but there is a significant amount of work required for implementation. We often have to process a lot of data coming from unstructured data stored in PDF forms like tax returns, bank statements, and invoices. Manual extraction of that data is time consuming and prone to errors, but DocSumo is helpful for speeding that process up significantly, as well as monitoring and improving accuracy. Docsumo has enabled us to move forward with a modern approach to ERP data entry. Through their seamless implementation and integration capabilities, we immediately began to benefit from this new solution. In just one month, we've observed metrics that show hourly savings of eight hours per week through just one process example. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Docsumo and applying this new OCR technology across other ERP data entry processes to further reduce our data entry processing time. I found the whole team at Docsumo to be very responsive and solutions orientated when dealing with our project. Within a matter of days, we had models trained to our specific requirements and outputs generated that could be easily input into our internal systems. The team have been first class when it comes to dealing with any tweaking of any of the models as and when we have come up against edge cases. It has improved our document extraction process tenfold in terms of accuracy and speed which in turn has allowed us to imrpove outcomes for our own customers. What problems is Docsumo solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a large number of Bank Statements that require analysis for lending purposes. Historically we have used a manual OCR tool to extract this information for input and analysis in our own lending models. Our previous tool was clunky to use and prone to error. The Docsumo process is quick, largely automated and has a very high level of accuracy. This has massively improved our processing times and because of the imroved data accuracy, we can make quicker and better decisions which result in better outcomes for both ourselves and our customers.
