"Fun-to-use documentation builder tool!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docsie?

We use Docsie for all of our technical documentation. We enjoy using it because it has a nice UI, and it has amazing features such as the ability to control versioning for updates, translate documentation, and it allows you to import with Word documents, markdown, and has a whole bunch of integration capabilities! It is quite an awesome and powerful tool to use for documentation. Also, it pairs well with grammerly for spell and grammar check. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docsie?

Well, if you use their cloud to publish, it's no problem, but if you are going to imbed it into a website, it needs some technical skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Documentation and Knowledge Management Solution. Awesome Support!"
5/5
What do you like best about Docsie?

It's fast. We were able to get the portal hosted on the custom domain for free. The app works well and is conducive to collaboration between the teams. We were using another similar tool and we were frustrated with the slow pace of development and lots of bugs. They seem to be adding new features fairly quickly, which is good. The few times that we had problems, their support solved them for us pretty quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docsie?

There is a learning curve for some features and some customization required dev work on our side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Docsie allows for a good user experience for creating and maintaining internal documentation. It has a nice and friendly user experience and it's easy to create documentation and have a team to collaborate on them. The published documentation is on Docsies virtual cloud, so it makes it extremely easy to share and it has a bunch of additional plugins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docsie?

It would be nice to have some more versatility in their documentation, like an image that runs along the side of the actual documentation. This could be useful for designing aspects of the development processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A really effective tool for creating easy to read documentation!"
5/5
What do you like best about Docsie?

We searched for a long time to discover the ideal platform to meet my company's demands, and Docsie has exceeded my expectations. Docsie is a flexible platform that we utilize to provide quick and simple access to engineering documentation for our stakeholders, as well as to organize the technical writing team's combined research and knowledge. Docsie's ease of use and user/guest control make it an excellent tool for successfully and efficiently conveying the correct information to the right people. We have a great deal of information to share with stakeholders, and with Docsie JWT token and password-protected pages, we can do so safely and privately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docsie?

Some of Docsie's finest features, such as its clean and simple navigation and ease of finding the correct information, also limit its flexibility in terms of the kind of pages and folder structures I wish to build. But none the less Docsie is still highly versatile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
