What do you like best about DocSend?

For an incredibly robust product, DocSend is also extremely intuitive. I piloted DocSend at my organization and without any heavy training, I was able to successfully leverage the tool and see immediate productivity impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocSend?

There really isn't anything to dislike about the platform today. Tagging is something I didn't start with, but is currently being added anyways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DocSend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sales efficiency. We needed a centralized place for all of our content and a traceable way to see what content is performing vs. not. Being able to leverage their "Spaces" feature allows seamless Sales to CS hand offs with strong continuity from being a prospect - customer.e Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
