What do you like best about DocSend?

The integration with Join.me - makes it seamless to go from presenting to screen sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocSend?

Occasionally the system has a glitch where an end users conference line is removed, or is not set up in the first place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DocSend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially, we bought the tool to use it as a mostly screensharing and document sharing account. However, the benefits of being able to see how long our end users spend on each page of the document they are sent is fantastic. Additionally, it is a great tool for our marketing team to store the most recent documents for our sales folks to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
