I have been using Docomotion for a few weeks now and I have to say it is one of the best document automation platforms I have used. The most significant advantage of using Docomotion is its ease of use. The user-friendly interface makes it extremely straightforward to create and customise documents, and the drag-and-drop feature allows us to quickly assemble documents with minimal effort. Furthermore, the platform features a wide range of powerful features such as document versioning, document tracking, integration with other software, and an extensive library of document templates. Extremely straightforward to set up, especially for the simpler types of document (what I might describe as "straight" merges of field data from related objects into a document template) Still relatively straightforward to handle more challenging requirements (conditional blocks etc) Capability to handle some of the more challenging requirements as well Decent range of output formats and options on how these are handled (downoading, saving as attachments, sending by email etc.) Excellent support from the team at Docomotion. Some of the more extreme requirements may not be possible on the platform; I'd recommend running these by the team at Docomotion before assuming, though; they're very clever and might be able to suggest a suitable approach. The applications has a lot of features and provides good customization to create specific documents and flows. With a lot of features, there are also a handfull of problems, bugs that we encountered. Out business deals with end customers and we need flexibility to offer customizeable contracts and be able to modify them on the spot for the client. Also each contract needs to be digital and also include the signature.
