During my use of Doclink, there were many things I liked about it, but here are the few I liked the most. First, document retrieval is easy—users can quickly search for and access invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and HR files. Second, I liked its ERP integration, which connects well with ERP and accounting systems and helps reduce manual data entry. During my use of DocLink, I found a few limitations. First, the search feels restrictive—I’d like more flexible options, such as wildcard searching. Second, the migration effort can be significant; moving large legacy document archives is time-consuming. Lastly, the interface feels outdated and less modern compared with newer cloud tools.
