Documents can easily be dragged and dropped. It provides different format conversions of documents. It stores documents that enable them to search quickly and retrieve them rapidly. The user interface is easy and clear to understand for first use. It keeps all the documents in one place in an organized way and they can print anytime. You can send documents to fax from this platform too. **What do you dislike about DocLink?** There must be wildcard searchability in search engine so whenever we write a single value it will show all the documents that contain the same value in it. The workflow module is a little bit complicated while working, it does not work properly sometimes. It does not notify you if your delivery fails while sending it to email or fax. Our main use is for AP invoices; for example, when the finance & accounting group is reviewing monthly financials each month, they are frequently using DocLink to research what is causing anomalies or so show who approved an invoice. **What do you dislike about DocLink?** I feel like the interface could use some upgrading. I'm not sure if it is a version issue, but it seems a bit out dated and could be a little cleaner. Sometimes it can be a little slow to load information as well. **What problems is DocLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of the main problems we are trying to solve and benefits we've realized with DocLink would include the need to go paperless, reduction of storage space from going paperless, ease of access to documents, storage of contracts in one place, approval process for invoices, maintaining controls, time savings and interdepartmental efficiencies (ex: monthly review process; we don't have to go digging for invoices or request it from AP, we can log in and look it up ourselves), etc. ### 33. Also easy to search and retrieve documents Workflow is easy to set up and use It reduces data input and automates the processing of incoming documents It increases productivity while enhancing communication to clients and employees Makes it really easy to organize your documents **What do you dislike about DocLink?** The help desk is slow to respond It can be complicated to use if you are not computer literate It is not made for beginners,there's insufficient information on how to use it The system works better with multiple stages and therefore not convenient when only one person is working on data entry **Recommendations to others considering DocLink:** Not very convenient for beginners, people who are not so computer literate or small companies **What problems is DocLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was used for document filling.
