**What do you like best about Dockit Archiver?**

Archive SharePoint content along with the corresponding schema and metadata values stored in standard XML format to the file system / file shares.Cut down storage costs of SQL Server.Save database space,archive older content from our SharePoint to reduce storage space in SQL database.

**What do you dislike about Dockit Archiver?**

The price of the tool quite expensive compare to other SharePoint Archiving Tools. Also there is a free trial version with few features and functionalities,So We cannot decide to purchase this tool looking at the experience with free version. 

**Recommendations to others considering Dockit Archiver:**

I am not satisfied with their customer service.But I think you should try this tool at least once.

**What problems is Dockit Archiver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our company we mainly used it for SharePoint Archive and backup. It comes with fully self-contained and restorable archive across all SharePoint versions and across all product versions.It search and filter our archive content and narrow down to the file or folder easily.
