**What do you like best about DocketManager?**

Sophisticated specifications for printing jobs.
Easy quoting / order entry system.
Great customer support - very responsive to issues.

**What do you dislike about DocketManager?**

Flat file database rather than a relational database.
Speed/frequency of screen redraws.
Slow to implement new features/changes.

**What problems is DocketManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of preparing quotes and converting to orders.

**What do you like best about DocketManager?**

They have a lot of features for our printing company that our old system doesnt have which will make it easier to do more with this software. Also like that you can access it from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about DocketManager?**

It can be complicated at times to setup and train employees as there is so much this program can do.

**What problems is DocketManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are still in the setup phase and have just went live this week so the team has been super helpful on getting us online and all setup.
