When it comes to linux environment, Docker can not only process linux images but it's also better in terms of the architecture. In last organization we were using linux environment every where so there was no such pain i encounter , but when i shifted to the new company here alll where using windows and even i was forced to use windows because of some confidentiality and clients requirement we dont ahve any personal private cloud or any such environment where i can do my gig, we were solely dependent upon the cloud vendors. then i got to know about docker desktop for windows it was suprising and very helpful as it fulfill all my testing and developement requirement as i wanted .
