I also love being able to add my TC fee to every transaction, and having the dashboard provide a complete summary of my total earnings/invoicing. Plus, it lets me build a customized compliance document checklist for every agent I work with. I know the platform offers all this and so much more! You still have complete control over your own processes, checklists, templates, and automations. Whether you want AI to do more of the work or prefer to manage every step yourself, the platform gives you that flexibility. **What do you dislike about DocJacket?** Whenever I've run into something I didn't like or thought could be improved, I've shared my feedback with the team. What stands out is that I honestly can't think of a suggestion that wasn't addressed. Casey has been incredibly responsive, and many of the improvements I've requested have been implemented quickly.
