I have said this prior, though it fell on deaf ears, functionality is seriously lacking. i.e ou can’t simply update an uploaded PDF. Nope. You have to re-upload a fresh copy every time, which makes even minor contract edits unnecessarily timeconsuming. The inability to revise sections of a document without reformatting the entire thing has turned what should be a 5 minute update into a full afternoon task. I've actually had two administrative assistant quit over the interface alone. Add a Word/Doc portoin so you can make chanegs and the formating lines up. and the fields move with it.

The process of uploading a PDF and then layering in form fields is clunky and difficult to align properly is a HUGE time suck. If everything could be created and edited in one location, it would be far more efficient.

Inability to preprogram default recipients is a frustrating limitation. I’m always a signer, and so is my operations person. Yet every time, I have to assign us manually instead of setting predefined “house rules” to route documents automatically. This lack of customization for recurring workflows adds unnecessary friction to a process that should be streamlined.

Serioulsy they ask for feedback, but I don't see any changes. Mine, yours, anybodys. A little work and this could be great.

The ability to stop using a feature one you select it, lack of intuity around the size of text boxes and often you dont worry about naming the document correctly as you are quickly trying to edit and send out (with the exception of signing requests).
