Docavelo turns documents into running processes. Any drive can hold files; Docavelo is the brain on top of the storage. It reads every incoming document, understands what it is, tags it, notifies the right people and triggers the next step, so work moves without anyone digging through folders or forwarding attachments. Document heavy operations are captured, understood, automated and governed in one place. Approvals stop living in email threads, field teams file a document from a phone in seconds instead of hours at a desk, and every action lands in the audit trail. Legal retention periods, the archive ledger and compliance run automatically in the background instead of being someone's job. Documents arrive through national e-invoicing platforms, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace import, the REST API v1 and webhooks, with Microsoft Entra single sign-on. Companies keep documents on Docavelo storage, encrypted with AES-256 in two EU regions, or bring their own S3-compatible or Azure Blob storage. Pricing is per company, never per user, from a self-service Business plan to Enterprise annual contracts.
