What do you like best about DNSSense?

The product's best feature is its ability to quickly and effectively pinpoint infected devices.

This saves security personnel a significant amount of time. They did not come in and make any changes to the network, which was a huge plus for the setup.

Putting everything on the secure gateway feels like gambling right now. Roksit is extremely effective at detecting anomalies in DNS traffic and reporting them to the SOC team.

Our purchasing decision was also influenced by the Security Gap report. It also functions as described. Definitely worth the hype. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DNSSense?

I don't have much to say about what I don't like. The product is reasonably priced. Once set up the SIEM rules, you can leave it alone and have significant protection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Only product I am confident that actually works"
5/5
What do you like best about DNSSense?

First and foremost, Roksit DNS Eye allowed us to see malicious DNS queries that other security products missed. Despite using market-leading solutions, the results were truly shocking for us. As a result, we were able to re-evaluate our security stack. Roksit has shown us the importance of DNS layer defence.

Furthermore, we can see the infected device sending malicious DNS queries without replacing our current infrastructure.

Perhaps more importantly, all the former information mentioned is automatically delivered to the SOC Team with easy SIEM integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DNSSense?

They don't really shout out the new futures or tell us about them properly, such as new SIEM rules. We discovered these new rules while using the product, which saved us a significant amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DNSSense?

It can work on-premise and on the cloud. Deployment does not change the existing infrastructure compared to similar products. Tight integration with proxies and firewalls is superb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DNSSense?

It's not a common solution. Integrations with Soar, Syslog generally needs additional work to make it up. It can't work as an inline solution. There's no direct integration with prevent component. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DNSSense?

Logging DNS logs in enterprise-level companies can be a nightmare for two reasons: First, they can be distributed through various log sources. Second, massive amounts of data must be collected and saved. Roksit handles this task with ease. Furthermore, with the help of Smart SIEM integration, we can easily identify the source of the malicious activity and send it to SOC teams. Finally, the Security Gap feature demonstrates the true value of your company's security investment. It does an excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Provides greater visibility into DNS traffic"
5/5
What do you like best about DNSSense?

It provides greater visibility into DNS traffic and helps us analyze malicious traffic. We are now playing a more active role on the DNS side, as it is used by many of our customers in the SOC environment and when the logs on SIEM are examined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DNSSense?

We had to get support to make sense of some incoming logs and write the parse for the SIEM we used on the log we made sense. It would be more effective for us to understand this without support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
