Everything we can handle via cmdline. Very easy to handle. Everything based on files based. Easy handle.

**What do you dislike about DNS Server - BIND DNS Server on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS?**

Cmdline interface is sometimes seems to complicate for beginners. There is no GUI . May be It is difficult to handle for beginners.

**What problems is DNS Server - BIND DNS Server on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is no need to buy windows license and configure DNS . Easy install single line installation and configuration. It is cost effective.
