What do you like best about D&B Rev.Up ABX?

the consolidation of data in one repository and the easy to use, or already available, artificial intelligence; we use SFDC, ELQ with this tool, and now Explore/Datavision Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D&B Rev.Up ABX?

not easy to review the attribute groups built ... have to dig in, file through all of the available attributes to see which have been selected in any particular group that was created Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about D&B Rev.Up ABX?

Its functionality to connect with different platforms, launch campaigns directly with those platforms, de-anonymizing the data using D&B buyer intent and DUNS number is a great way to catch website traffic. They have Awesome customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D&B Rev.Up ABX?

D&B should focus more on VI- tag functionility. Since at least 50% of Americans are working from home and using VPN to connect, having the ability to de-anonymize those 50% would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would highly recommend D&B Lattice to all B2B organizations. If you are trying to uncover your potential customer, try the D&B buyer intent tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The access to the global market done in such an efficient and excellent manner in terms of data sythensis and analysis and presented to the consumer in such a way that all the time we receive calls from all over the world and an unmatched number of emails of people reaching out to us and trying to access our products all because of these great big data intermediaries. "Terrible customer service - Be careful they will try to trap you in a contract and take your money "

Horrible customer services. All they are trying to do is take your money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D&B Rev.Up ABX?

I signed up for the service and found that the contacts we were looking for either cannot be found or the contact information provided is incorrect. At the end of one year when I requested to cancel my services 57 days before it was up for renewal, DNB stated a clause in the contract where it states that we had to cancel 60 days before the contract is up and forcibly made us renew for another year. The quality of this portal and the records are poor. I would caution people not to get hood winked by this company and sign up for the this portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hire a data scientist for a lower cost and provides more value Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is D&B Rev.Up ABX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead scoring. I had already built several models that used lead scoring on my own. Lattice has not added any additional value and has been extremely difficult to integrate. Lattice might be helpful to those who do not have a statistics or data science background but personally has not added value to my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the amount of data that is available. I also like that they track what you have ordered and can run suppression files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The data has a high percentage of inaccuracy. I have found a couple of other data sources that are cheaper and more accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
