dmlink.ai is an omnichannel messaging SaaS that makes it easy to manage all your customer conversations from one place. Instead of switching between WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and other channels, your team handles everything in a single unified inbox. On top of that, dmlink.ai lets you build automations around your messaging workflows, routing, auto-replies, and repetitive tasks handled for you. And with broad CRM integrations, every conversation and customer interaction can be pulled directly into your own CRM, so all the data you generate stays yours and lives where your team already works.
