"Easy Setup and Support for Agencies"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

Setting up is incredibly straightforward—simply add a few DNS entries and you’re ready to get started. Our system begins tracking immediately, and navigating the dashboard is simple and user-friendly. What’s more, the platform is designed to be intuitive, so it’s easy to use regardless of your technical background, even if you’re not an expert. The support for multiple languages, including Portuguese, also makes it easy to share reports with clients who speak different languages. As a small agency, we understand the importance of delivering high-value services to our clients. This platform allows you to do just that, while also helping your clients keep their domains authenticated and secure. It truly benefits everyone involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

We’re very pleased with our overall experience—there’s little to criticize. Although some of the advanced features seem more tailored to larger companies handling higher email volumes, as a smaller agency, we occasionally feel like we’re getting more than we actually need. Still, everything has gone extremely smoothly for us. I believe they are updating the graphics a bit as well down the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy DMARC Management with Automated Alerts"
5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

It's an easy way to set up DMARC and MTA-STS records. DMARC Report host these for me so I can alter them all in one place easily if I need to. I don't have to remember to check my DMARC reports because they send me alerts automatically if there's a problem with SPF, DKIM or delivery rates. It's possible to tailor what they alert you about - I like to know if someone tries to spoof emails so find the SPF and DKIM misalignments interesting. It would also be handy for someone if they'd set their records up incorrectly because this would let them know that something's wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I struggle to think of anything I dislike. I suppose it might be possible to make the interface a bit more intuitive to use, but I don't find it to be a problem the way it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Email Health Monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

I love DMARC Report for its clarity and convenience. The dashboard provides easy-to-understand results at a glance, which is incredibly helpful for monitoring the email health of websites I manage. I appreciate how easy it is to dig down into any 'failed' data to identify the source of issues. This feature was particularly useful when it alerted me to a client's ecommerce emails failing due to a plugin update. The simplicity of the setup process, requiring just a few steps for each site, was another aspect I found impressive. It's a comprehensive tool that addresses my needs effortlessly without any complications. I'm so satisfied with DMARC Report that I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending it to friends and colleagues, and in fact, I have already recommended it to many other web developers. What really stands out to me is how DMARC Report makes tricky stuff like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records surprisingly easy to understand. The dashboard is straightforward, and the weekly reports make it simple to spot any issues right away, even if you’re not an email security expert. I also like how fast the system updates and how simple it is to export reports for clients or teammates. The alert system has definitely saved me from missing important things more than once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. If I’m being picky, the documentation could go a bit deeper, I sometimes wish for more detailed explanations, especially when troubleshooting something unusual. Also, filtering domains in the reports could be easier, especially when you’re dealing with a bunch at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines DMARC Analysis with User Account Flexibility"

I appreciate how DMARC Report saves me time by providing a structured view of DMARC data, which allows me to easily identify unauthorized senders and policy misconfigurations. The ability to analyze aggregate DMARC reports streamlines the process of detecting configuration issues or unauthorized sending sources, enhancing our email security and deliverability. I find the flexibility to create multiple user accounts with custom access levels very useful, as it enables each team member to have visibility into their own relevant domains. This feature simplifies managing multiple organizations effectively by ensuring security and organization, without needing separate logins or workarounds. Furthermore, I value the fair pricing of DMARC Report, which, combined with its practical functionality, offers considerable value. The initial setup process was easy, contributing to an overall positive experience with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I find that the interface of DMARC Report could be a bit more intuitive, as it sometimes takes a few extra clicks to find the right information. Additionally, while the platform shows how many blacklists an IP is listed on, it doesn't specify which providers they are. Having this detailed blacklist information would make it much easier to investigate and act on deliverability issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I feel that the user interface of DMARC Report could be improved for a better user experience. There are some UI bugs that, while minor, can be annoying. Additionally, although the setup was fast, managing dozens of XML reports through this platform isn't ideal, suggesting a potential area for more efficient handling of large volumes of data.
