What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

Most features are great. A bit more customisation on the dashboard and some enhancements would be nice but I'm sure this will come. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DMARC Report?

I appreciate how DMARC Report makes email compliance straightforward and easy to manage. The platform centralizes all necessary information, allowing me to access everything I need without the hassle of switching between multiple DNS settings. It simplifies the process by highlighting unauthorized senders and identifying broken SPF or DKIM setups, providing clarity on email-related issues. Additionally, DMARC Report turns complex email compliance into something I can easily understand and handle, streamlining the workflow. The initial setup was also very easy, which enhanced my overall experience with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I find the details around alignment and authentication sometimes overwhelming, especially when there's a large volume of data. It would be much more efficient if the tool could highlight only the important parts that require my immediate action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DMARC report : Made Easy: A 5-Star Tool for Email Security"
5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

DMARC Report has totally made a difference for how I handle email security. I’ll be honest, I’m not a tech genius, and all the talk about DMARC, DKIM, and SPF used to seem really overwhelming. But this tool simplifies everything so well. It takes all that confusing info and puts it into a nice, easy-to-read dashboard that I can actually understand.

Setting it up was super simple and only took a few minutes. Right from the start, I could see all the email sources clearly, which made it easy to spot and fix any issues. The weekly reports are perfect for a quick check-in to see how things are going, and the real-time alerts give me a lot of peace of mind because I know I’ll get a heads-up right away if anything seems off. It has saved me so much time that I used to waste digging through raw reports.

What really sets DMARC Report apart is how it helps me keep our email reputation in check. I can quickly see if we’re about to use a new email service, which means I can update our records before it messes with our email delivery. It’s taken so much stress off my plate and made email security feel manageable instead of constantly worrying about it. If you’re running a business, an agency, or just want to keep your domain safe and make sure your emails actually reach inboxes, I can’t recommend DMARC Report enough. It’s a must-have, super time-saving, and really effective tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative to say. It’s super user-friendly and points out things I wouldn’t have even noticed. I really don’t have any complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies DMARC Management with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

I love how DMARC Report simplifies monitoring our clients' domains for mail delivery and impersonation issues. It makes identifying DMARC or delivery issues straightforward, which is a significant improvement over manual methods. The Hosted DMARC feature is particularly valuable; it allows us to configure settings directly through DMARC Report's portal, eliminating the need to modify DNS hosting settings, thus saving a lot of time. The ability to change DMARC, DKIM, or SPF policies, such as setting rules to Reject or Quarantine, directly in the portal is very efficient. Additionally, the portal is easy to understand even though DMARC itself is complex. The initial setup of DMARC Report was smooth and quick, taking us just about 15 minutes to get up and running after changing a couple of DNS settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I find that DMARC itself is complicated and difficult to understand, and it might be helpful to have some instructional videos on how DMARC works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Email Authentication and Protection"
5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

I find DMARC Report extremely valuable for managing email authentication for my domains, ensuring my messages are not spoofed or flagged. I love how it automates the entire DMARC report process, pulling all the reports together effortlessly and giving me clear insights and quick alerts. This has replaced the cumbersome task of handling spreadsheets and XML files, and now everything runs smoothly in the background with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. The automatic report summaries and visual breakdowns are fantastic, as they allow me to easily spot server authentication issues without sifting through raw data. The alerts are particularly beneficial, giving me immediate notifications if something seems off, which saves me a lot of time and stress. Overall, it’s a tool that does its job quietly and efficiently, making a previously complicated task straightforward. The setup was also surprisingly easy, with clear instructions allowing me to have it up and running in under an hour, a refreshing change from other email security tools. What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I’d love to see a bit more flexibility in how the data can be filtered or displayed. Sometimes I want to dig a little deeper without exporting everything. It’d be nice to have a few more quick filters or custom views so I could focus on specific domains or time ranges without exporting data. Even something like a "top issues this week" snapshot or trend graph over time would make it easier to spot patterns at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool to control Email delivery and has room to improve on user interface"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

I appreciate how simple DMARC Report is to use. It provides the necessary analytics for our company, allowing us to be in control of our email sending by generating useful reports. These reports are invaluable in visualizing the general behavior and key indicators related to email deliverability. Additionally, I like the feature that allows us to set teams of users with different roles, which enhances our management capabilities and facilitates the delegation of tasks within our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I find the interface could use some improvement to better focus on important elements and guide users through the necessary configuration steps. As someone who is not an expert in email deliverability, I believe the interface would benefit from being more user-friendly, perhaps offering tips or recommendations for configuring the parameters. Although the initial setup was easy, it would have been more helpful if the interface provided more guidance on the configurations we were making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I find moving between domains in DMARC Report to be a bit clunky. It's not 100% perfect, and while this isn't a major issue, it could be smoother. At this stage, it's more of a minor inconvenience rather than a significant problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
