"Centralized Email Monitoring with a Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

I like having a centralized dashboard for monitoring multiple domains with DMARC Report. It allows me to see all the domains I monitor in one place and easily revise deliverability issues for each domain. I also appreciate the ability to discover unauthorized senders, which helps me keep track of email security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I wish the app was a little more intuitive, since it might be a little difficult to understand at first. Maybe having tooltips would help. It was not so easy, it requires a small learning curve regarding configuring DNSs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A reliable and indispensable tool for email authentication"
5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

What I value most about DMARC Report is how effortlessly it streamlines domain verification across various brands. The configuration process is straightforward, the interface is uncluttered, and the platform offers instant insight into the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC compliance status of all outgoing email sources. The regular reports are particularly helpful for detecting unauthorized senders or phishing attempts before they can impact deliverability. As a company that oversees multiple marketing channels and email assets, having centralized monitoring for all domains within a single dashboard is incredibly beneficial. In summary, DMARC Report has greatly enhanced both the credibility of our senders and the dependability of our email campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

While the product leaves little to be desired, there are still aspects that could be improved. Certain elements of the user interface may feel limiting to advanced users, especially when navigating complex forensic data. The filtering options could be more flexible, which would help accelerate data analysis across various sections. Additionally, loading times can occasionally lag when accessing large reports. Although these concerns are not major, addressing them would further streamline operations for organizations or individuals handling advanced messaging systems. "Effortless Setup with DMARC Report"
5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

I really appreciate how DMARC Report simplifies the entire setup process for managing company emails, including several managed brands, with its one-click setup. It's incredibly easy because you just need to hook up your domain, and you're done. The intuitive nature of the software allows me to handle what used to be a very technical and challenging process with ease. The reports are clear and easy to read, which is a significant improvement from the complex configurations I dealt with before using DNS servers. The software fulfills its promises by providing a simple, straightforward experience. I find it remarkably user-friendly, making the initial setup a breeze with just a few clicks. I am so satisfied with its performance that I have already recommended DMARC Report to others, confidently giving it a score of 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The ideal tool for non-technicians who want to master their email security"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

As a marketing and communication manager, managing the reputation and security of our domains is a top priority. DMARC Report has greatly simplified the configuration and monitoring of our DMARC, SPF, and DKIM protocols, even for our domains that do not send emails (a real plus to prevent spoofing!). The interface, although improvable, is intuitive and the weekly reports allow me to monitor the health of our emails and deliverability at a glance.

What I especially remember is the quality of the resources provided: blog, documentation, white papers, and even training to improve skills. No more getting lost in obscure tutorials or having to call an expert for every change. And in case of doubt, the support is responsive and educational. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

The interface would benefit from being a bit more modern, however, it remains very functional and has never prevented me from completing my tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Email Management with Professional Edge"

What do you like best about DMARC Report?

I absolutely love using DMARC Report because setting up domains, even multiple ones, is a breeze. The reporting is clear and easy to understand, and I find the hosted MTA feature to be incredibly valuable, as it provides meaningful reports that I can act upon. Moreover, the hosted DMARC ensures adherence to best practices, with changes made within the panel reflecting almost immediately. The white-labeling capability is a fantastic addition that offers a heightened level of professionalism for my agency's presentation. Additionally, its seamless integration with all my WordPress and PHP sites further enhances its usability. Replacing standard DMARC settings from other providers with DMARC Report has been a positive transition, offering me more reliable email delivery, diminishing the issue of emails landing in spam folders. Overall, it has been a dream to use, functioning exactly as expected without any complications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Reliable Way to Lock Down Email Deliverability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

What I like most is how simple they make something that’s normally a technical headache. SPF, DKIM, DMARC… I know they’re important, but I don’t want to spend hours messing around with it. DMARC Report walks me through exactly what I need to add to DNS, what to fix, and then keeps an eye on everything for me.

It’s very much a “set it and forget it” type of tool — until the weekly reports come in. Those reports give me peace of mind that everything is authenticating correctly and that nobody is spoofing my domains.

I also really like that I can add the domains I’m not sending from just to make sure nobody else tries to use them. That’s a big security and reputation win.

Overall, it’s easy, it works, and it does exactly what I need it to do without overcomplicating anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

If I had to pick something, the interface could be a little smoother. It’s not bad — just feels a bit dated in spots. But it’s still clear, and it guides you step-by-step, so it’s not a deal-breaker at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile. reliable tool for email DNS management to keep our clients email compliant and secure."
4.5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

Versatile and reliable tool for email DNS management.

Good tool for monitoring, configuring and managing not just DMARC but also all other email related DNS matters (SPF, DKIM and DMARC, BIMI, MTA-STS).

Also offers delegated hosted DMARC records.

The tool keeps a historic timeline of DNS changes, also changes made by 3rd party tools. This is very helpful to keep track of any new email senders our clients added without informing us, and which help us to stay on top of this and make sure the client stays DMARC compliant.

In terms of reliability, the tool has never been down for me and is virtually free of bugs.

Over the years, I’ve noticed regular updates and improvements, which shows the team’s commitment to the product. On the rare occasions I needed assistance, support responded quickly. I also value that the team is receptive to suggestions from the community.community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

The user interface is generally good, though there are areas where it could be more streamlined. The alert notifications feature would benefit from enhancements, such as allowing for more precise adjustment of conditions or reducing the number of repeated notifications. Additionally, the documentation could be made clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
