What do you like best about DMARC Report?

Even for a technical person, there are many things to check each month as part of our support service. When I'm looking at Non compliant (unknown senders), I am so happy that they added "Analyze with AI". This new feature (since my last review) saves me having to copy the information into Perplexity and chat there. I can click the analyze with AI in DMARC Reports and find out what actions I need to take to block people pretending to be one of our clients and tricking people. For example, a few years ago a supplier made a bank transfer to pay an invoice seemingly raised by a client. But it was all a scam! The email didn't come from finance. The supplier's bank was able to reverse the funds, but this was damaging for the client. Setting up email protection correctly and then monitoring emails is exactly why we choose to use this service and provide value for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I'm still very happy with everything. If I'm nit picking, a higher contrast version (ie the background is a light grey and the text is a dark grey. Making it black text would make it easier for me to see). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool to help with DMARC monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

I've been using DMARC Report for a few years now. It's easy to set up a new domain, and the reports and charts are clear and easy to understand.

Another thing that's useful is the ability to set up "teams" to allow my clients to view their specific information. The option to send email notifications is a good addition; this can be especially useful when setting up a new domain, to get a quick eye on anything that might need tweaking.

I like the "hosted DMARC" option as well; makes it easier to review and tweak settings all in one place for the domains I manage.

I also like that it's easy to set up MTA-STS for a little extra security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I occasionally have an issue with adding a new domain; I'll get a message that I've exceeded the number of allowed domains, and I have to contact support to get it fixed. Support has always been really good about fixing it, though. The documentation is a little sparse as far as explaining what to set up and why. You do need to have some knowledge of DMARC and email authentication already to take good advantage of the program.

I also find it a little confusing that a few sites show a yellow warning bubble saying "we are not receiving reports", yet the site is showing reports. I think this might be because I don't have the ruf setting on those domains, but it's not clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Must-Have Tool for Reliable DMARC Visibility and Agency Growth"
5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

What I appreciate most is the perfect balance between high-level clarity and technical depth. It takes complex DMARC XML data and turns it into actionable, easy-to-read reports that anyone on the team can understand.

The Hosted DMARC and MTA-STS features are absolute game-changers—they significantly simplify DNS management and reduce the risk of configuration errors. For someone managing multiple domains or clients, the multi-tenant dashboard is incredibly efficient. It provides instant visibility into pass rates, alignment, and spoofing attempts, giving us total confidence in our email deliverability. Plus, the customer support is top-notch—fast, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. If I had to pick something, the user interface feels a bit more functional than "modern," but that's a very minor point since the tool works perfectly. I’m looking forward to seeing even more advanced diagnostic features as the platform continues to evolve, but as it stands, it meets all our needs efficiently. "DMARC Reports That Actually Make Sense"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

The biggest win is clarity. DMARC Report takes what is normally a messy, technical firehose of XML data and turns it into something readable, actionable, and mercifully human.

The dashboards are clean, the reports are easy to interpret, and it becomes very obvious who is sending email on your behalf and whether they should be trusted. For organisations that care about email security but do not want to babysit raw DMARC logs, this is exactly the right balance of depth and simplicity.

Setup is straightforward, alerts are useful rather than noisy, and ongoing monitoring feels reliable rather than fragile. It does what it promises without demanding your soul in return. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

Some of the deeper technical insights could be surfaced with more contextual guidance for less technical users. While the data is accurate and well-presented, newer users may still need to understand the basics of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to get maximum value.

A bit more proactive education or in-platform explanations for advanced findings would make it even stronger for teams without a dedicated email security specialist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear, Practical DMARC Visibility Without the Headache"
5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

DMARC Report makes DMARC understandable and actionable without forcing you to become a DMARC expert. The dashboards clearly show who is sending mail on your domain, what’s failing, and why. It simplifies SPF/DKIM alignment issues and makes it much easier to move clients toward a proper DMARC policy instead of guessing or relying on raw XML reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

Some advanced use cases still require manual interpretation, especially for complex environments with many third-party senders. While the UI is clean, deeper remediation guidance could be more prescriptive for less technical users. That said, these are manageable trade-offs for the clarity the platform provides. "Makes getting client email compliant an easier task"
5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

The way the XML reports are parsed into an easy to understand format expedites the process of tracking down and resolving issues. The aggregation reports and being able to sort by SPF/DKIM authentication, alignment, and verdict just add to the ease. What I like most is seeing the daily reports and watching the non-compliant number decrease as you resolve the issues and being able to finally change the policy from "monitoring" to "reject". An added benefit was being able to catch where an entity had gained access to a client's MS account and setup a private exchange server for sending bulk SPAM emails, which resulted in the client not being able to send legitimate emails. Using DMARC, found it, shut it down, and changed client login credentials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

There was nothing about the service that I didn't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ongoing Peace of Mind for Email Deliverability"
5/5
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

Over time, I’ve come to appreciate how consistently reliable the monitoring is. It gives me ongoing visibility into my email authentication without needing to constantly check or second-guess things. I also like how quickly I can spot changes or potential issues, which helps me stay ahead of deliverability problems rather than reacting after the fact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

The onboarding experience could still be a bit more streamlined, especially for users who are newer to DMARC concepts. That said, once everything is set up, the platform runs smoothly and the ongoing experience has been very solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
