The whole system seems to work flawlessly so far, and getting all of what is offered for a cost effective fee is superb when you consider the substantial ongoing monthly cost of the alternatives **What do you dislike about DMARC Report?** There isn't much that I've come across that I necessaroly dislike about DMARC report, but if I had to choose something, I'd say that it doesn't quite feel as 'polished' as some of the bigger competitors. I can't tell you how helpful the weekly reports have been. 1and1 (now IONOS) still has issues setting up DKIM for (cheap) shared hosting accounts like mine, but at least I can identify the problem and talk intelligently to tech support. Before DMARCReport, I was getting nowhere Googling "SPF", "DKIM", and "DMARC" reading web information until my eyes blurred over. It wasn't until I set up a free DMARCReport account and started getting weekly reports that it really sank in. Once I got my head wrapped around it, I setup a non-profit company I volunteer for with DMARCReport. They are hosted by XMission.com, which was pretty easy to set up the SPF and DMARC records (with the help of DMARC Report's DNS record generator), and with one phone call to XMission, they set up DKIM for me. All this is being verified weekly by the email I get from DMARCReport. I go to their website's full report if I have a question. They couldn't have made it any easier. **What do you dislike about DMARC Report?** I can't think of any downsides. I tried several other companies' DMARC reporting services but always returned to DMARC Reports. I think it's because the no-nonsense emails and visually clear reports are lacking from other companies I tried. **What problems is DMARC Report solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email delivery for the non-profit was spotty at best. Some would end up in spam folders and others not arrive at all. After I am in the domain dashboard, i prefer to be able to go to the forensic, or tools and info direct at that domain's dashboard.
