I also set up my important domains that DON'T send email. Why? To ensure that there's no incentive for spammers to send "from" my domains -- they will not be delivered since they're set for reject when they fail validation. That's a huge reputation management tool, and why I concentrated on a plan with more domains than more emails monitored. I've not needed customer support much: it's pretty much set it and forget it (other than watching for the reports!)
