What do you like best about dMACQ DMS+?

It's been used in our organization for a long time, so the best things I liked about dMACQ DMS are -

1. Centralization- We can centralize all the documents in the central digital depository. There is no limit on how many folders, subfolders we create, it adapts to our specific needs.

2. App for Smartphone- The smartphone app extensively comes with a worldwide search, all data like location of the physical file, ability to look at the document on the mobile and conjointly exchange documents via email or WhatsApp in an exceedingly single click.

3. After-sales- Their team was in continuous contact with us and shared each and every detail regarding this product whenever any problem occurs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dMACQ DMS+?

Things I disliked about this software are:

1. User-Interface- It can be made more user-friendly as it was very hard for new users to train about this.

2. Lack of some analytical tools- We need more analytical tools to analyze the files so if they add this then it would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about dMACQ DMS+?

is a cloud storage service that ticks several boxes: it's reasonably priced, it has a dedicated media player, and it offers additional encryption for your files. It can't rival Google Drive and OneDrive in terms of document creation and collaboration, but it blows them away when it comes to privacy. However, if you prefer the ability to choose which files are protected with zero-knowledge encryption, it's an excellent option.As improvements were identified, we were able to modify the program to allow for a smoother process. On the website development side, the amount of collaboration and partnership was incredible."

Recommendations to others considering dMACQ DMS+:

a teacher who wants students to upload assignments, instead of emailing them. It would also be a convenient way to collect documents from job candidates. Other services, including Google Drive, also allow you to share folders, but the permissions work differently. With Google Drive, a collaborator can have read-only access or edit access. What problems is dMACQ DMS+ solving and how is that benefiting you?

is a simple and reliable file storage and synchronization service with enhanced collaboration features, but it's more expensive and less integrated than offerings from platforms like Google Drive, iCloud, and OneDrive. The beauty of the file request feature is that collaborators cannot see what is in the folder. They can only blindly put files on it, which is a necessity in many cases.
