"DMACQ: End-to-End Document Management with Strong Enterprise Security"
4/5
What do you like best about dMACQ DMS+?

i like about this DMACQ That it covers the complete document management process right from uploading to storing the documents to metadata tagging weather it's OCR advanced search workflow access control and reporting this platform brings all necessary tools under a single ecosystem this platform is also very useful for teams who are handling large volume of documents and need a structured way to manage and have a complete control over them rather than spending or depending on scattered folders emails or even manual tracking specifically I also like their focus on enterprise security including encryption and role based audit trails this platform definitely has a big potential for team who wants to handle secured files without much off hassle. What do you dislike about dMACQ DMS+?

This product is more enterprise-focused so this feels overwhelming for smaller teams before they fully understand this configuration and also some areas like praising implementation effort and customisation debt need more understanding via sales demo or even a complete understanding, like a walk-through of how the website or platform works. This platform also has many document governance features it might feel bit heavy for teams who would need basic file storage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Efficiency with Room for UI Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about dMACQ DMS+?

I think dMACQ DMS+ is a strong and reliable enterprise solution for document management. I find it easy to use for storing files securely, retrieving documents quickly, and reducing the chances of losing them. The powerful search and AI features like AI indexing, optical character recognition, and smart metadata tagging are great for my workflow automation needs, including approvals, document life cycles, and business processes. I appreciate the strong security compliance with good encryption, access control, and audit trails. Its integration and flexibility are also valuable, allowing interaction with existing systems, multiple file formats, and different industries. The smart search AI makes document management straightforward and saves me time, so I don't have to search through folders or emails. I can access documents anytime and avoid losing important information. It reduces manual errors and increases efficiency under deadlines, allowing me to focus on actual work. Plus, the security features keep my data and sensitive information safe from unauthorized access. It also helps me track performance, identify mistakes, and improve over time, making me more productive. Overall, I think it's a reliable and advanced document management system that aids in digital transformation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dMACQ DMS+?

The major issue I feel is the user interface. It's a bit complex, and it would be better with a more modern and simpler design. Easier navigation and better menu arrangements would help. Adding tutorials to guide new users would be beneficial. A better-documented editing tool or more AI-based automation could also help. Additionally, flexibility might be reduced due to cost, so reducing the cost would be ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Document Management, Needs Bulk Permission Update"
3.5/5
What do you like best about dMACQ DMS+?

I appreciate dMACQ DMS+ for its flexible custom folder structuring paired with robust role-based permission settings, which fits perfectly with my daily business development tasks. The customizable folder hierarchy is extremely tailored for our IT consulting service lines, making document lookup far more intuitive compared to generic cloud storage tools like OneDrive. The granular access permission system stands out as a key advantage, allowing me to fine-tune access rights down to separate subfolders. This feature eliminates constant back-and-forth email file sharing and mitigates accidental exposure of confidential business information. Additionally, the platform has a gentle learning curve suitable for our small cross-functional team, simplifying cross-team document collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dMACQ DMS+?

One notable pain point with dMACQ DMS+ is its cumbersome lack of bulk permission management, which creates substantial repetitive manual labor whenever we onboard new third-party vendors or reassign internal technical staff across multiple ongoing IT consulting projects. The system only lets administrators tweak access rights on a single folder at a time, with no batch-select or bulk-apply option to roll out identical read-only or edit permissions across groups of client directories in one action. base-tier users cannot save and duplicate pre-built master folder templates for rapid new-client setup. Our team follows a fixed standardized nested folder layout for every new engagement: top-level client folder containing Pre-Sales Proposals, Executed Master Agreements, Vendor SLA Documentation and Post-Project Technical Deliverables subfolders. Without reusable saved templates, I rebuild this full folder structure manually from scratch every time we onboard a new IT service customer, adding unnecessary setup minutes for each fresh project and stacking up lost hours across dozens of monthly new clients. Predefined duplicable project folder blueprints would drastically speed up initial document repository setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Document Management with Room for UX Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about dMACQ DMS+?

I like that dMACQ DMS+ offers full audit trails and permission controls, logging every action—who viewed, edited, approved, or shared a document. This makes client audits and security reviews straightforward because we can quickly pull the needed information. The approval workflows are fantastic; we built flows that automatically route documents, send reminders, and prevent unauthorized changes, which has eliminated bottlenecks and lost paperwork. The system's search and organization features are reliable too; the search is fast and can find text in scanned documents and PDFs, saving us hours of searching. I also love how stable and reliable the system performance is. Even with large files, complex searches, or multiple workflow users, it doesn’t lag or crash. It's a consistent tool, which is essential for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dMACQ DMS+?

The user interface, while functional, looks and feels a bit dated compared to newer tools we use. Some menus are nested pretty deep, so simple tasks like adjusting folder permissions or editing a workflow can take extra clicks to find. It’s not hard to use, just not as intuitive or clean as platforms like our other cloud tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Folder Structure & Powerful Search Functionality"
4/5
What do you like best about dMACQ DMS+?

The implementation team possesses strong industry and process knowledge, which significantly streamlines the implementation. The user interface is well-designed and meets expectations, while we were highly responsive and satisfied throughout the process.

The folder and subfolder structure has been organized to ensure intuitive navigation—making it easy for even non-technical users to find the correct path and folder for uploading their documents.

Additionally, the global search feature allows users to locate required documents within seconds by entering any of the relevant keywords used during the upload process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dMACQ DMS+?

Folders must be predefined, and the user interface for creating them and assigning access rights is somewhat complex. As a result, users often rely on dMACQ support for these tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
