Ask Brigid is practice management software built in Ireland for private consultants and their secretaries, designed for speed: patient search answers as you type and the whole clinic day runs from one screen. Brigid, its Clinical Intelligence assistant, takes on the administrative work around the clinic. It fills in letters from the practice's own templates, queues invoices, files incoming emails to the right patient and keeps track of loose ends such as letters waiting for a signature, results waiting for review and invoices still unpaid, putting each one in front of the person who has to act so nothing gets lost. Brigid never makes a clinical decision, and nothing is sent until someone in the practice approves it. Each patient has one record holding history, problems, medications, allergies, results, documents and correspondence, and the diary covers private rooms and hospital sessions, with online booking and a waitlist the practice can switch on. Patients pay by card through a payment link, and the practice sees what is outstanding and what has been paid. Consult dictation returns editable text on an EU speech route for the clinician to correct. Records are hosted in AWS Dublin (eu-west-1) and can be exported at any time. Ask Brigid is in early access, priced per practice with every seat included.
