**What do you like best about Weel?**

From an internal accountants perspective, Weel has changed the way we go about internal and client spending. 

We are a busy organisation with many consultants traveling interstate and overseas. It has allowed us to streamline spending, allowed us to disburse client expenditure more quickly as receipts are uploaded instantaneously by the budget user. 

Couldn't recommend the product more highly.

**What do you dislike about Weel?**

I currently don't have an dislikes of Weel.

**What problems is Weel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the traditional credit card products, card holders had less accountability until the end of the month to provide receipts. Weel has enabled us to bring this forward and allowed us to disburse client expenditure more quickly.

For internal expenses, we used to reimburse staff for certain things. We have now created budgets for this type of expenditure which staff are happy about.

**What do you like best about Weel?**

I'm a bookkeeper and look after many clients, and I have recommended Weel to any who has credit card spending by more than one person in the business or who has several subscriptions that need managing.
You can put as few or as many control points on spending as you like, attach copies of receipts, and auto-top up the card.   All of this saves the employees a lot of frustration and waiting for reimbursement and saves finance and administrative time spent managing spending.

**What do you dislike about Weel?**

I haven't found anything to dislike about Weel yet.   I did like the name DiviPay better, but I'm weely trying to get on board with the new name!

**What problems is Weel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By setting up budgets by category, my clients effectively account for me!  Rather than allocate costs from a credit card statement, the user specifies the budget they are spending from, which I have pre-set to match their accounting requirements.

Weel is a fantastic virtual corporate card; users find the app easy to use and upload receipts with their phones. Using Weel has saved the finance team time and has been a great solution to the credit card we were using before.

There is nothing I dislike about Weel as it's a great product.

We were using a credit card and the finance team was spending far much time chasing transactions and not knowing who had spent the money.

Clear ownership of budgets and approvals lines. 
Bills functionality is fantastic to upload and assign ownership of bills for real time payment removing bottle necks through usual AP processes.

**What do you dislike about Weel?**

When adding in Bills Suppliers are not saved and need to be re-entered each time. Would make repeat suppliers a lot quicker.

**What problems is Weel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removing bottle necks for finance teams by giving budget ownership to separate teams. 
Improves speed and transparency of invoicing processes.

**What do you like best about Weel?**

Weel is very easy to use and has been an easy transition for our staff

**What do you dislike about Weel?**

Transactions still show after export if not using an intergrated software program.  An option to archive once the export is completed would be useful.

**What problems is Weel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having daily visibility over the spend of staff members is really beneficial for managing budgets.  The export function for the transactions is so quick and is saving a huge amount of time.

We love it.. we have moved all subscriptions, expenses, and reimbursements onto Weel and it has saved the business so much time! It's intuitive, easy to use and so easy on mobile as well.

We have a few suppliers/subscriptions who wont accept pre-pay cards or Paypal.. so we are unable to use Weel.. We really need this fixed to be all-encompassing for our business.

We really love Weel! Very easy to use and administer. The intuitive design makes navigation a breeze. Integration with Xero is seamless, making it easy to track expenses in real-time.

Weel is easy to set up and give cards out to our employees. When they no longer need the card, we can remove them.

That some hotels and car hire places won't except them.

We can give cards to employees and Directors when traveling and remove when not required.

that it links directly to our accounting software, not more downloading and uploading from different systems

For whatever reason I can't chose the relevant financial coding for subscriptions and therefore have to code them each time rather than set and forget.

**What do you like best about Weel?**

Ability to easily adjust the setup based on changing organisational requirements,  card management is a breeze, controls around the subscription mgmt & automation both within divipay and integration with MYOB. The interface is very clean and the support/documentation is at a high level.

**What do you dislike about Weel?**

Some vendors will not accept virtual cards - there are work arounds. Otherwise the solution meets our needs 100%,

**What problems is Weel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expense & Card Mgmt has allowed us to be proactive in this area - prior to Divipay it was continual dealing with the bank on card management.  With the controls and automation in place, it essentially runs itself allowing the finance team to shift to more value adding tasks.

Ease of use for the end user. Not too difficult to set up and start using. Instant issue/cancel of cards and limit increases/decreases. Ability to set up different budgets and allocate different amounts to different staff

**What do you dislike about Weel?**

Reporting could be better. eg tailored more for bulk reports showing a group and which staff spent how much in a particular budget

Assisting with the accountability of staff to stick to their budgets. Accounts staff are now able to keep track better of who is spending what. The automatic reminders to staff to complete the expense reports.

It sometimes takes a while for bank transferred from another bank account.

Last time I am not sure how to import the chart of accounts into divipay platform so that I can select the cost code each time we spend, then Divipay customer service helps me solve the problem promptly

Ease of use. Great support from Customer Success Manager, Jesse. Reimbursement function is fantastic. The control over expenditure is stronger than a corporate credit card system

All the fields of the transactions do not fit on the one screen.  Need to scroll across.  Foreign currency amounts are not disclosed.

At the moment none.  However, problems with the XERO integration that were raised have been dealt with.

Exporting and reconciliation in Xero. Understanding the flow of the transactions in Xero took a while to understand and we are still working through a few issues.

We implemented Divipay last year when it was pretty new into the market. It really changed the way we manage our expenses. I love that the data entry process is split across the whole organisation

**What do you dislike about Weel?**

Sometimes it is not working properly, and a lot of our staff have connectivity issues. However, the problem is usually fixed within a couple of hours. At the beginning we had more issues, but the platform improved a lot.

Definitely we reduced the data entry process and the reconciliation process. Also having live information about the expenses we made one minute again is amazing (compared with the credit card reconciliation that were pretty annoying and time consuming).

and the only dislike is some merchants are yet to catch up with accepting the prepaid MC, not enough to make it a problem.

Allows us to manage our own staff expense accounts. Has greatly reduced the administrative workload on our accounts team.

**What do you dislike about Weel?**

Limitations on the transactions is can be used for (for example, we can't seem to use it for Google AdWords transactions because it is recognised as a debit card by their system). This means we need to maintain a traditional company card as well.

Petty cash for all of our clinic locations, travel expenses for remote staff or staff who travel regularly, replaced physical credit cards (mostly) for all of our business directors.

I like how we can set up different budgets, amounts and assign users and approvers quickly and easily. The simplicity of photographing receipts for expenses removes the paper process of expenses, which I love.

With the added online payment security, it doesn't always work for me ti use the 'saved' credit card details for the Divipay card

Thanks to Divipay, atour not for profit, our staff do not anymore need to advance for expenses for the organisation - something hey have had to do in the past decades. Book keeping and  submitting receipts are also made simpler

It is not integrated yet with MYOB so still have to import data manually

DiviPay is quick and easy to set up. Instead of having to wait days on end for a company credit card to arrive in the mail, you can set up DiviPay in a matter of minutes and start using it straight away.

**What do you dislike about Weel?**

The 2FA is a hit and miss and sometimes it hinders admin from managing DiviPay effectively. There are times that I have not been able to access DiviPay to top up budgets and staff members have had to go without.

I avoid having to deal with banks for staff expenses.  Really easy to manage multiple budgets, users and cards. Great to use the subscription management

Would like access to subscriptions at the basic payment model.

Easy set up and and deployment. I can get a card to a team member very fast.

The request more funds never generated a request to me and was left sitting there till the staff member personally asked me.

It's easy to use and quick to deploy once you're through compliance. I'm waiting for the ability to use it in America with our US operations. Then it will be very worthwhile.

It is expense management tool . Basically its virtual card , actually corporate virtual card which can be used among many users. It also keeps control of budget by letting approve or reject any particular transaction.

**What do you dislike about Weel?**

Divipay has a trail offer/demo for 14 days only. Period can be increased to a bit of length or time to explore all the features fully and go for a paid version.

**Recommendations to others considering Weel:**

It is really a game changer in terms of expense management that too with a free trail of 14 days. Support team is super responsive . Its really good , easy and simple to use.

It helped to manage all corporate expense among the team with in budget . As it can be generate instantly , limit can be changed , team can attach receipts to their transaction accordingly which actually helps segregating the right cost into right section/category.
