Excellent WP builder with amazing customer support **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Rafal S. | Front End Developer and Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025 **What do you like best about Divi?** I have been using Divi for years, this builder is easy to learn to use it, and if there's something you don't know, the support team always responds quickly. There's also a great community around Divi as well the forums. Elegant Themes have been always on top with updates, and new features, they always listen to their clients. **What do you dislike about Divi?** Not every software is perfect, sometimes the builder can slow down while you are building the page, Elegant Themes has improved that with frequent updates and websites tend to load faster now. Divi Marketplace can be expensive with some of their third party offerings, watch out for those yearly subscriptions renewing at full price after the sale. **What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?** After building the website, Diivi is so well build that my customers are doing their own updates.It takes the load of my plate and allows me to focus on next project. ### 2.
