Lots of documents and support only is available. **What do you dislike about Divi?** Bloated core files, updates that seem to break more things than it fixes and how slow its getting with new releases. There has been alot of features that have been promised but not been delivered. **What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to create websites without knowing code in a quick and easy manner. ### 2. There are lots of templates available and they can create really professional looking websites. Divi theme integrates well with plug ins and it is regularly updated and new features added. **What do you dislike about Divi?** I'm old school and coded websites from scratch back in the 90s. I find the divi way of doing things less intuitive for me - I wish I could just easily get at the code and make it do what I want to! You can add custom CSS to any element or use the Divi code module or Page Settings Custom CSS area to insert your own code on any page. Additionally, Divi provides the ability to save, add, import, and export code snippets using the code editor, similar to how you would manage layouts in the Divi Layouts Library. Its simple block editor and it proposes a bunch of templates to inspire you. **What do you dislike about Divi?** The lock-in, without a doubt. When I was recommended Elegant Themes (and Divi in particular), I didn't know the difficulties I would later have if I wanted to change the theme. If you remove it, it's like pulling a tablecloth from a table full of food, the website becomes a mess, with bits of code everywhere. Another problem is that it's a heavy theme and tends to slow down the website (although they have improved it in recent years). Finally, there are more and more block editors that work in a similar way to what Elegant Themes offers, and they don't have the lock-in problem. **What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has allowed me to launch the website in a matter of days and without needing extensive design knowledge or hiring someone to do it for me. You basically have to purchase it though because your website will break without their updates eventually so support comes with the updates... **Recommendations to others considering Divi:** It's cheaper at first but you get what you pay for.
