Good value for money. Support responds very quickly and helps resolve any issue. Unlike similar products on the market, it tries to rethink and reinvent some of the mechanisms for working with repositories. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it works very well - especially for teams where people are distributed, internet speeds aren’t great, and each commit can be tens of gigabytes in size. It's extremely easy to set up, use, and maintain. I tried working with an artist friend using Git and I couldn't get her to understand it, but with Diversion things are much easier. Git is terrible with binary assets and it's very technical. Perforce is ridiculously expensive and even harder to set up and maintain, with the only real option being self-hosting.
