Visual Utility Billing is a comprehensive billing, customer service and payment processing system for public and private utilities, as well as municipal tax and license offices. Designed to meet the needs of anyone repetitively billing 1,000 to 100,000 customers, VUB is both robust and easy to learn. With more than 20 years of development, the core VUB software includes the latest in technological time and labor savings like e-mail bills and electronic payment processing. It's suite of companion modules adds online credit/debit card processing, a solution to speed processing of paper checks and handle those annoying bank checks; work order and meter reading; and remote backup and a fail-safe disaster recovery system.
