DivergeIT helps business leaders and IT teams get dependable support, stronger security, and clear ownership of their technology. We serve mid-sized organizations that want us to manage IT end to end, as well as teams that need specialized expertise and capacity alongside their internal staff. Our services span fully managed and co-managed IT, cybersecurity, compliance, cloud operations, strategic IT consulting, and AI adoption. We start by understanding how your business runs, then build a transition plan for your systems, users, and existing provider. Once we’re responsible for your environment, an engineer owns each issue from first response through confirmed resolution. You can judge our performance against commitments we put in writing. We publish pricing and a quarterly scorecard, report on response and satisfaction, and back our service tiers with response-time guarantees. With 98% client satisfaction and 96% annual client retention, DivergeIT is built for organizations that want an IT partner they can hold accountable.
