Diver also integrates well with many BI tools, making it worth far more than the cost. The customer success team delivers fast, accurate support and can resolve most issues within a day of the request. Software performance is exceptional, with little to no “downtime,” which is imperative given today’s need for immediate data analysis. I’m looking forward to the advances that DI is working on with AI to further enhance the platform. **What do you dislike about Diver Platform?** The only downside I experienced was some limitations in data searches and category assignments. **What problems is Diver Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dive lets you see how different areas of the business are being impacted, and it enables reporting with data that’s as close to real time as possible.
