We were able to lift and shift our hosting environment to AWS EC2 and now have the flexibility to transform our services to use native cloud services. It is a very comprehensive and easy-to-use tool, showing all the information we need to access regularly via a portal. I also like how it allows us to understand which items are most urgent to address. It’s good value, particularly given the time saving it has provided over our previous processes. Teams had to log into multiple tools to understand what was going on; we were looking to decrease the time to respond to events.
